In collaboration with the Online Technical Communications Center at the Writing Center at the Colorado School of Mines, I helped develop Open Educational Resources (OERs) — freely accessible, openly licensed teaching and learning materials that support high-quality education without the cost of traditional textbooks. Mines encourages the adoption and creation of OERs to enhance student success, promote equity, and reduce financial barriers to learning.
